About Our Business

Mangino strength & conditioning's purpose is to provide our student athletes the means to which
they can develop work ethic, discipline, attitude, pride and a belief that they can be as great as they
want to be.

We offer group or personal training for athletes of all ages, levels and sport.  Our trainers will
evaluate the athlete's strength, speed, power, agility and endurance .  We will then set challenging
but realistic goals. We will then design a specific program for the athlete.  The program is based on
a year long plan.  The year is then broken down into four 12 week cycles.  Depending on when the
athlete season or season's are the cycles will consist of an off-season, pre-season and  in-season
program.  Our dedicated trainers will teach the athlete the proper exercise techniques  to achieve
their goals.  Each workout will be updated daily so that the athlete is improving every time they train.
