Services We Provide

We offer one- on-one or group training programs for everybody, regardless of age, gender, skill level or
fitness goals.  The training sessions are 30 to 90 minutes.  Our programs are designed to improve the
athletes strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance and coordination thus improving his or her on field
performance.  

We also offer
 team training programs where we focus on developing and enhancing speed,
quickness and agility as well as sport-specific drills.

Our
strength & conditioning programs will lay the foundation for improved athletic performance.  We
will work on basic movement technique, balance, coordination and strength.   As the athlete progresses
the programs will become gradually more intense and sport-specific.  

Speed clinics range from one to eight weeks in length with a minimum of 20 athletes.  The clinic will
focus on teaching the proper way to run and sprinting form.  It will also focus on developing and
improving speed, agility and quickness.  Our trainers will do this using a variety of methods and
equipment, i.e sleds, parachutes, plyometrics etc...
All athletes will leave the clinic with better technique, better acceleration, quickness, speed and most
importantly the confidence in their ability to perform at a high level.

Speed & agility classes are smaller versions of the speed clinics.  The classes will focus on teaching
the proper way to run and sprinting form.  It will also focus on developing and improving speed, agility
,quickness and explosive ability.

Combine/Showcase Prep clinic is a course on preparing for any combines or showcases in a given
sport, i.e Nike football combines or lacrosse showcases.  Our trainers will breakdown the four areas of
testing, speed, agility, jumping and strength.   We will practice the tests so that the athlete can perform
at his or her highest level at the combine and thus get noticed by the school's that they are interested in.

Olympic Weightlifting course will teach the basic technique of the clean & jerk and snatch.  We will also
teach variations of these movements such as a hang clean, power clean, push press, hang snatch and
over head squat.

Performance Testing & Evaluation the athlete will be tested in a variety of drills to measure speed,
strength, quickness and explosiveness.  Basic tests include 40 yard dash, pro agility, vertical jumps,
standing long jump and seated medicine ball throw as well as more sport-specific tests.
