Getting ready to coach this season? Our team
training programs offer sport-specific drills while developing and enhancing the speed, quickness, and agility of your players.
Strength and conditioning
These programs will lay the foundation for improved athletic performance, focusing on basic movement, technique, balance, coordination, and strength. As you or your group progress, your program will become gradually more intense and sport-specific.
These range from one to eight weeks in length, with a minimum of 20 athletes. The clinic will focus on teaching the proper way to run, sprinting form, and how to improve speed, agility, and quickness. A variety of methods and equipment are employed to achieve this, including sleds, parachutes, and plyometric
All athletes will leave the clinic with better technique, acceleration, speed, quickness, and confidence in their ability to perform at a high level.
Speed and agility classes
These are smaller versions of the speed clinics. Each class will focus on teaching sprinting form and the proper way to run. It will also focus on developing and improving speed, agility, quickness, and explosive ability.
Combine and showcase prep clinic
This is a course on preparing for any combines or showcases in a given sport (i.e. Nike football combines or lacrosse showcases). Our trainers will break down the four areas of testing: speed, agility, jumping, and strength. You will also practice the tests so that you can perform at your highest level at the combine in order to get noticed by the school(s) you are interested in.
Olympic weightlifting course
This course will teach the basic techniques of the clean and the jerk and the snatch. You will also learn variations of these movements, like the hang clean, power clean, push press, hang snatch, and overhead squat.
Performance testing and evaluation
You will be tested in a variety of drills to measure speed, strength, quickness, and explosiveness. Basic tests include the 40-yard dash, pro agility, vertical jumps, standing long jump, and seated medicine ball throw, as well as more sport-specific tests.
